In early 2014, I consulted for the Austin Disaster Relief Network (ADRN), completing a month long feasibility study funded by a grant provided by OneStar Foundation.
The study provided extensive research, analysis and recommendations on the feasibility of establishing a statewide Texas Disaster Relief Network (TDRN).
The proposed role of TDRN is to train, equip and mentor Christian communities, within TDRN member cities, in providing rapid, effective disaster response and services – establishing a large statewide network collaborating and marshaling disaster relief resources.
